Soulful Yoga classes 

Hello! Im Sarah the Yoga teacher.

I love Yoga and love to share not just the movement but a little spirituality , philosophy  and mantra in class .

They are a soulful hug in a class! 

join in  every Wednesday evening 715-815pm at Priory Methodist Church , Newnham Ave, Bedford .

Classes are small and suitable for absolute beginners through to seasoned  yogis. The class is themed around a topic of yoga so we are always learning!

classes are £12 drop in or £39 for a block of 4 consecutive weeks.
