I found Yoga in my early 40s - it was a messy time and Yoga took my hand so to speak and from one class a new love emerged .

Yoga has brought me many gifts and I love to share the magic of my soulful classes with everyone . Expect movement that nourishes your body , breathing that feels like a hug to your soul and maybe try chanting or mantra to calm the mind. Everything is an invitation.
