Soulful Tantric Yoga classes 

Hello!

 Im Sarah the Tantric Yoga teacher.

I am a yoga teacher that loves Yoga with tantric roots. If you arent sure what Tantric Yoga is its a combination of physical Yoga , pranayama , mantra , mudra with the one philosphy that we dont need to ascend the body we are in to achieve spirituality and get in touch with our divine selves.

Everything in my class is an invitation and its more than the usual Yoga class that we have come to know so if you fancy something different - come along!

Join in  every Wednesday evening 715-815pm at Priory Methodist Church , Newnham Ave, Bedford  .

Classes are small and suitable for absolute beginners through to seasoned  yogis. The class is themed around a topic of yoga so we are always learning!

classes are £12 drop in or £39 for a block of 4 consecutive weeks.
